- Not only do Kimberly and Lisa share a passion for baking and decorating cakes, but they are also cousins. Cake decorating was something we got into as a hobby...little did we know it would lead us to decorating for others. As busy full-time working women, we are also moms, wives, and crafters. We wanted to be able to bring some of the joy of fancy cakes to those who don't have the time themselves, the experience, or simply the money in their budget for the type of cake they want for their event. So we started Sugar Kisses Cakery...two working moms who wanted to bring fancy cakes to those brides or moms on a budget!
